Copycat!

Yep that's me today - It's ok though as it's a challenge on JB forum at the moment - Nicky has invited us to card lift one of her fabby cards, such an easy way to craft, let someone else come up with the design first!!
Well I made a card which I usually struggle with - a kiddie's card - and not just a kiddies card but a boy card!! I am not inspired by these cards and always struggle but I have to say that the BG Archaic papers made it a lot easier. I've had these for a while now but I have to admit it's the first time I have cut into any of them. In fact I was a real goodie two shoes and even used up the scraps to make a matching tag.

I am beginning week 3 of the stash ban - it's becoming a struggle I can tell you - but was made a bit easier when my DT pack came from Michelle at Poppicrafts and it was full of the most divine embellies I have seen for a long while, and oodles of lovely ribbon too. I can't wait to start on those babies I can tell you.
It's still very cold down here on the coast although we do have a rare glimpse of the sun today.
Off now to try and start on a new project.

Oh my goodness - 3 whole weeks ! I don't know that I would survive that long !

These are great cards. I love BG papers and at the moment, making boys cards (I must be mad !!). BG papers and embellies makes life so much easier.

Ooh I love this one, especially the big wavy bit across the middle and the colours are really soft. Stash ban - did you not visit the papermill shop the other day???? Or does that not really count as its only card? Glad you like the goodies and can have a play until the ban is lifted.
Hope you are well,
Mich

Love your design - and the new ones in your Poppicrafts gallery are gorgeous! I resolved not to buy more new lovely, pretty things to play with - but then Michelle ruined it and reminded me that the Poppicrafts sale finishes soon...I am sooo weak.
